It is scary letting people in, letting your guard down without knowing what’s to happen.

Then again, do you always have to know what happens? Do you have to worry so much about the future?

But that’s what anxiety does to you; you feel things are to be rushed, the uncertainty drives you crazy, not having control over what’s to come or happen.
